1. What is the organization's mission?

Develop a society of competent and prosperous citizens.
We will achieve this by educating people to acquire vocational and employable skills; guiding and supporting them in social needs and community development.

2. Why should donors trust COLLETT Foundation?

Donors should trust COLLETT because of the following facts:
- We are a registered organization that can prove its activities and has tax records.
- We operate transparently with good business policies
- We are physical and know the market in which we operate.
- The Foundation is structured and controlled by two bodies - the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees. This ensures prudence, and transparency.

3. What sets COLLETT Foundation apart from other nonprofits?

The founders of COLLETT are Nigerian (Africa) and Swiss (Europe), which makes it easy to understand the needs of the people and the pain of the people who support our mission (diaspora and foreigners) with their hard-earned money. This gives us the freedom to focus on developing solutions to new or existing challenges.

4. How does COLLETT Foundation measure and report its impact?

Depending on the project, measurement can be done by counting or by observing behaviors or impacts. For example, during the COVID season, we provided food to over 150 widows, single mothers, and physically disabled people in three different communities. We also ensured the well-being of our employees by providing them with food and paying their salaries in full. We worked to keep the streets clean and safe for traffic. This impact can only be seen, not counted.

5. Who makes financial decisions and what is the composition of the board?

Financial decisions are made at three levels. First, by management. Operational expenditures based on an approved budget are made under the authority of the state director. Investments in new projects are evaluated and approved by the board, while the trustee manages overall direction, budget, expenditures and approvals for the board and then management.
