Engr. Dayo Ogunsola - Gisler

Co-Founder, Trustee & Country Director, Nigeria

Dayo is a serial entrepreneur, mentor, change leader and idea developer. He has worked for almost 30 years in various organizations in Switzerland in the areas of information and communication technology, education, investment and manufacturing. Dayo has the necessary skills, qualities and experience to initiate, lead and advocate sustainable solutions to the numerous challenges in Nigeria and Africa. He strongly believes that quality education can serve as an antidote to several of these challenges.

In his love for Nigeria, Africa and the black community, Dayo has personally led various initiatives proposing investment in infrastructure in Africa over the last 12 years. During this time, he has worked Swiss Embassies in various country globally and with various African government through their investment arms including the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), Rwanda Development Board (RDB), Tanzania Investment Center (TIC), Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) and others.

Dayo dual citizenship as Nigerian and Swiss is a great advantage for serious cooperation between the host country and Switzerland.

Dayo is currently the Country Director of the COLLETT Foundation in Nigeria and a member of the Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Mrs. Margot Ogunsola, MPA

Co-Founder, Trustee

Mrs. Ogunsola is a Co-founder of COLLETT. She’s a seasoned health practitioner, teacher and mother. Her major role on the board is to give guidance and input to see the vision of COLLETT realized in Nigeria and in other African countries. She currently lives in Wädenswil-Zurich.

Engr. Pius S. Macha

Software Engineer

Mr. Macha is a Tanzanian, naturalized American software engineer with a focus on solution development. His African background and exposure to the international professional community qualify him as a perfect fit for our COLLETT board. These qualities come in handy when it comes to addressing the needs of youth and negotiating with willing partners and donors from North America.

He lives in Minnesota, United States of America.

Michael W. Büchi

Intercultural Counsel, Mediator, Coach Supervisor HF

Mr. Büchi is a citizen of Switzerland with a lot of affinity to Africa due to is professional sojourns. He was a long term work for the Swiss Foreign mission and had the opportunity to service in Angola and others.

Mr. Büchi lectures in 3 different University of Applied Sciences and serves as lobbyist for inter-cultural integration for many organizations at the Swiss parliament.

His membership of the board of COLLETT will definitely accord us the possibility of solidify our relationship with the Swiss people and government.

Dr. Azeez Ajani Waheed, phd

Professor of Mathematics

Dr. Waheed is a thoroughly academic man, an associate professor, with emphasis on mathematics, logical reasoning and modeling of concepts. He started his career as a secondary school teacher and is now a lecturer in one of the prestigious accredited private universities in Nigeria.

His understanding of disaster and disease management is evident in various publications he has authored or co-authored.

His membership on the board will help us in our advocacy for quality education, promotion of STEM through our L.E.A.D. program, policy formulation, monitoring and evaluation of programs.

His motivation for the development of Nigeria and Africa and all other qualities qualify him to serve on the Board of the COLLETT Foundation.

Mr. Andreas Plüss, MBA

Founder and CEO Strategy Plus Consulting GmbH

Mr. Plüss is a Swiss citizen with a long-standing international outreach. After completing his MBA he founded a consulting company specialising in strategy and business development as well as digital marketing for international companies and organisations.

On top of that, Mr. Plüss lectures Communication and Marketing at a Höhere Fachschule in Zürich. His membership in the COLLETT board will help us to get into contact with Swiss companies, associations and people.
